Anita is a full time writer based in Edinburgh.

Her first theatre play “Pendulum”, produced by Scottish International Productions was performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2006. Her subsequent plays “Self Help” and “Respect” were produced as a double bill by Siege Perilous at the GRV Theatre, 2009.

 
Her short film “Thinking Big” reached the final shortlist of The Metro Ecosse and The List Short Film Script Competition 2008.  She has also had work short listed for the British Short Screenplay Competition 2007 and her films have also been screened at various film festivals and on Sky TV.

 
Anita’s interest in radio developed through her experience presenting programmes on hospital radio as a teenager. She has now co-written a five part radio drama series The Last Train To Port Donald which is currently in post production and is scheduled to be broadcast on Mayfield Hospital Radio, Edinburgh.
